Crock pot roast


We absolutely love crock potting. We both work so much it's nice to come home at 9pm and have dinner ready! We made this roast and it was delicious. 

Ingredients:
1 (4 -5 lb) beef roast, any kind
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix, dry
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix, dry1/2 cup water. 

Pile potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions around it. 
Let it cook for 7-9 hours. 
Yum!
